How to request Exchange:

Within 24 hours of receiving your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied and would like to exchange or return your purchase, Please email us at support@moltusglobal.com or Whatsapp us at +91 8767841177 with following details:

  • Your MOLTUS Global Order Id.
  • Reason of return or refund.

Note: Refund is only applicable if damaged product is delivered to you.

Return Policy – provided the following guidelines are met:

  • Items are returned in original packaging.
  • Items must not be damaged (No deformation of the packaging).
  • We will issue your exchange once the items are received in our warehouse and they meet the returns policy guidelines.

MOLTUS Global will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the MOLTUS Global office.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer will have to incur all shipping costs for all returned items.
